The Dutch Gebruiker Centraal (User Needs First) community will be hosting the three-day International Design in Government Conference in Rotterdam, on 18-20 November 2019. The conference is part of the International Design in Government Community.
The deadline for session proposals is 10 September.
TYPE OF SESSIONS:
Presentations, workshops and masterclasses by professionals working in the fields of service design, user-centered policy making and related fields.
Share, translate and re-use sessions, in which educational material (workshop templates, online courses, etc.), is shared. The idea is to go beyond inspiring participants and to provide them with material and tools they can use the next day.
Half-day excursions for international visitors in the afternoon on the pre-conference day (nov 18).
